Core Strength Belly Dance at Culture Shakti

Build a strong and flexible core and maintain a healthy back through modern American belly dance. We'll learn and refine movements and combinations that strengthen abs, obliques, back, and glute muscles in this low-impact fitness class. Be prepared to laugh and sweat. Appropriate for all levels of dancers. Drop-ins welcome.

Bellydance for All Bodies at Seattle Community College
Wednesdays January 4 - February 8, 7 pm - 8 pm
Learn the basics of Middle Eastern belly dance or refine your moves in this all-levels, medium-paced class. You'll gain strength, stamina, and flexibility while learning a powerful form of artistic expression. All bodies and genders welcome. Sorry, no drop-ins.
